Windows 11 My laptop randomly restarts or freezes with black with an Event id 47.

It is so frustrating, My laptop is restarting or freezing every 2-3mins. The problem usually comes after a time period and then resolves on its own and then comes again. Its like a cycle and i have seen thousands of event id 47 popping in event viewer.My laptop specs:Hp pavilion 15Ryzen 5625uiGPU8gb ramPlease respond.
