Windows 10 my laptop screen and words are going pink. I wander how to fix this

Hello i have a ideapad z580 it has updated over the years from window 8 to 8.1 and years ago to windows 10 and its been working great for 8 years. But now the screen and all words goes pink and taskbar turns green and pink and it jumps up a inch for 3 seconds then back to normal for 3 seconds and back and forth. I am not to technical so I was wandering if its the display driver or something else. my cpu is Intel(R) core (TM) i5-3210M at 2.5 ghz. the display driver is Intel(r) HD graphics 4000 and version is 10/18.10.5161.
