Windows 11 My laptop screen goes black spontaneously and takes me to the log in screen

For more context, I just usually go on until all of a sudden my screen blinks and takes me to the log in screen of Windows. However, I notice that this usually only happens when I have my TV plugged as an external monitor (2nd monitor) through HDMI. Even then before I never had it happen though I did notice that after applying Discord themes with Better Discord it started happening. I'm just wondering why and how it'd cause for my laptop screen to go black and take me to the log in screen...Here are my specs (my laptop is Predator Helios Neo 16):Processor13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-13500HXVi
