Windows 10 My laptop sometimes shuts down when I put it to sleep for some time and I have to hold the power button for about 30 seconds to start it up again.

This has been happening for a few weeks now and it has never happened before. It happens almost every day, typically when I leave my laptop asleep for an hour or more. I close the screen, and when I come back later, it doesn't turn on automatically as it should. Instead, I have to hold the power button for about 30 seconds to start it up. How can I fix this?
