Windows 10 my laptop started lagging 2 days ago and now i cant use it at all

after it started lagging i tried to restart the laptop and it took a long time to restart and the issue wasn't fixed. so, i went for chkdsk command which took almost 10 hours without even finishing and then showed the S.M.A.R.T screen (failure and repair thingie). after that, whenever i try to open my computer it gives me the blue screen of death with stop code critical process dead. i opened the safe mode in order to save all my files in case it was a hard disk problem but after that i started getting the bsod even in the safe mode. also, from the boot menu, none of the options work.
