Windows 11 My laptop started lagging suddenly and I want to know what I should do about it because I'm quite new to this.

The type of lag I'm experiencing is low fps and audio or video delay (one is faster than the other). Opening things have gotten a bit slower but not as noticeably as the other problems.Before this my laptop froze glitched for about 15 seconds then flashed the blue screen thing but only for a second, then it shut down on its own. After I powered it on and logged in that is when I noticed the changes.I don't know what to and I don't know what it is so i would really appreciate some guidance, just tell me if you need any information just tell me how to get it because I won't know how.
