So my laptop(Windows 11 DELL) started to freeze and become unresponsive yesterday. when it freezes, everything becomes unresponsive, the cursor would get stuck, the keyboard would not work(CAPS LOCKS button would not turn on the light when pressed). and when the laptop is in this frozen state there is nothing you can do to bypass this freezing other than switching the laptop via the power button and switching it on againBUT, please note that switching it off and on again does not entirely solve the problem because after you login it will take about 3 minutes for it to get frozen again. so it k
