Windows 11 My laptop won’t charge while plugged in, dies, then starts charging again

Hi, I have an hp laptop 17-cp3xxx and I’ve had this problem for two days straight where my laptop will be plugged in, say it’s charging, but the battery is still dying. Then, it’ll hit 0 and shut off, but when I power my laptop back on, it’ll start charging again. I ran a battery check through HP support assistant and it told me my battery was “normal”.In order to access my battery I would need to unscrew the entire bottom of my laptop with.Also, my laptop isn’t even 1 years old yet, only a few months.Can anyone help me? Thanks!
