Windows 10 My Laptop's Battery is showing "Plugged In" and my Charging Light is On but it stops at like 32 %

When my Laptop's stop charging, my speakers also stops working. Now, If I remove my charger, the laptop shuts down. Sometimes the laptop stops charging at 32%, sometimes at 50%. It starts with the speaker stops working and then, the charging stops and If I unplug the charger, it simply shuts down. I am able to charge my laptop if it's powered off. And the laptop works fine without plugging the charger. My Battery health is 52 % and the Windows Diagnostic Test is telling me that the Battery is reach the end of its life cycle. Is my battery is faulty or is my charger's also a culprit ?
