Windows 10 My laptop's system is using a lot of data and my all data get finished in few minutes. Can somebody help me please.

I am using HP laptop with windows 10 and I am facing a problem. My system is using a lot of data for no reason and I have paused windows update also but it still using a ton of data. Please help me
