Windows 11 My lock screen option in Personalization is currently stuck on windows spotlight, how can I fix it?

As the title states I cannot change my lock screens personalization mode it just stays stuck on windows spotlight and it tells me that its managed by my organization, I am running windows 11 pro, and not the ed version. I was able to do it before I had to reinstall windows.
