On Fri 4/21 i left the office and simply closed the lid to my hp envy 17 laptop. Upon return the following Monday, the login freaked out and said something like "error, we cannot sign you in etc" Now all my desktop icons / files are gone, all apps associated with microsoft have been signed out and every time I reinstall and login to any apps (including making system changes like setting chrome as a default) it defaults to the original setup and nothing i do is saving. I feel as if its a microsoft account problem and it was suggested to me that my subscription has ended??? Doesn't seem right
