Windows 11 MY M KEY IS ONLY WORKING WHEN I HOLD SHIFT

Hello, I am experiencing an issue where my "M" key only works while pressing shift. Even the on-screen touch keyboard only inputs H if I first press the shift key. CAPS Lock enables me to type H in lowercase but the shift key must still be held down. Im on windows 11

Windows 10 The N key doesn't work unless I hold shift for capital N or caps lock shift n for lowercase n. All other keys work normally.
