Windows 11 My mic and headphones stopped working

So heres the thing. I had an AMD gpu, everything fine, then I changed to an NVIDIA just for a moment to test some things, i downloaded the drivers, ran a test and that was all. I reinstalled my amd gpu but after that and downloading drivers my mic didnt work. I suddenly noticed that my headset wasnt working also. Ive downloaded every single driver and utility from the official page of my motherboard, (an asrock b450m 4.0) but nothing appearently worked.I`ve already tried to change, disable, updating drivers on the windows device manager, Ive changed ports, Ive also tried the headphones on my c
