Windows 11 my micro sd cards dont appear on file explorer or allow editting

as said in the title my micro sd cards dont appear to heave a drive letter, they show up briefly in settings>system>storage>disk and volume, but no changes can happen to them to try and fix this. same goes for the disk management, it appears but no edits are allowed. my second sd doesnt even show up there only in the settings.
