Windows 11 My microphone is picking up sound from my computer but not from me, and my front-facing camera is not working.

Hurr Durr hehe

I'm using a school computer and recently sent it in for repairs on the screen and outer shell (they were both beyond repaired and so had to be replaced), but when I got the laptop back, my built-in microphone and camera weren't working. I soon figured out that the built-in microphone was for some reason recording the audio from the computer and not from me, and my built-in camera just wasn't showing up on the computer. How do I fix this?
