Windows 10 My Microphone stops working in some games.

Hello,So when I play some games like for example CS:GO, the game freezes at the start, then my microphone on discord and in game stops working entierly. Even on shadow play, so it's defiently the freeze, when I alt+tab to discord and reassign the mic which in return fixes it (So i thought) until I alt+tab back in to the game and then my game stutters a bit in the beginning and again same problem with the microphone. Now This all started when I connected my third monitor, my main monitor if you wish to know the specs is 240 hz Freesync, Second 144 hz freesync and last is 75 hz monitor.240hz and
