i have one microsoft that me and my mother use and her gmail account got hacked hence her passwords were all changed and we havent recovered the accountthe issue is that my email is the primary email on the account and hers is the backup and i forgot the password so i requested a password reset and it sent an email to my mothers account which i obvoiously cannot access can someone please help ive had that account for nearing a decade and it has almost everything ive ever done on there need help asap thanks
