Oh boy, I will tell you my Microsoft Account issue story. Sorry for my "excellent" English and mistakes in advance. Around a year ago I decided that I will change my primary alias to other one. Did it. After few days I decided nah, I will change it back to old one and did that. Lived on. After few months upgraded my PC and did clean Windows 11 installation. You know there at some point it asks for MS account. Tried to sign in with my account. And , showed message that there are problem with my account.
