Windows 10 My Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method is missing from Device Manager. What do I do?

Today, I turned on my laptop, having left it on charge overnight. When I turned it on, the battery stated that it had 0% but that the charger was "plugged in". I looked through Device Manager and Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method was not present, just the Microsoft AC Adapter and Intel(R) Battery Management Device. I scanned for hardware changes and it still didn't show up. What do I do?
