Windows 11 My microsoft store never updated to the windows 11 version and now i can't do anything on the app.

i noticed today that my Microsoft store is still on the older windows version somehow? it never updated to the windows 11 version. i've tried clicking get updates and it just tells me it's up to date when obviously it's not. now i can't do anything on the app and i've looked up every solution.the download error code for the apps is 0x80072F8F - though i'm more concerned about the not updated microsoft store app. please help.
