Windows 10 my monitor goes off and i think it is because of a driver that can't be updated.

i am getting this error 9/14/2022 Device USB\VID_0CF3&PID_E009\5&317da462&0&8 requires further installation. 11/15/2022 Device USB\VID_0CF3&PID_E009\5&317DA462&0&8 was deleted. Class Guid: {e0cbf06c-cd8b-4647-bb8a-263b43f0f974} this makes my monitor to go off the driver is Qualcomm QCA9377 Bluetooth
