Windows 10 My monitor suddenly loses signal from my PC but my PC is still running (With music aswell but sometimes a buzzing sound) which suddenly restarts itsel

This occurs whenever Iam playing some demanding games such as Halo Infinite and Star Wars Battlefront II, it only took about 5 minutes in game for it to happen. This also happened once when I was playing Skyrim Special Edition for about an hour. My PC just recently turned 1 year old but back then during its first months I could play Star Wars Battlefront II without any issues. I used to have a monitor with a resolution of 1360x768 during that time.
