Windows 10 My mouse randomly stops clicking

The problem suddenly started today, my mouse randomly stops clicking (it can still move), as shown by the image attached, as you can see, theres random breaks in the lines from the issue. This is a problem when I'm dragging the scroll thing on the side, or drawing. How would I fix this? It's clearly not a battery issue since this never happened when the battery ran out. Thank you. I use a logitech usb mouse by the way.
