Windows 11 my music audio lowers when game audio happens

I did a USB reinstall of Windows 11 and forgot to backup my OEM files. Alas I was able to get drivers and everything works as expected, except that music volume gets lowered when say a tank fires its gun in a game, or so on. How do I fix this? I've tried going to sound settings and communications but it still does this after setting it to do nothing.
