Windows 11 My net keeps dropping out and is slow even though my internet speed is fast on all other devices

Previously I was using 2 antennas for wifi connection and my internet was bad, since then I've changed to 3 different providers and still have the same issues with my PCI am now using ASUS USB-AC52 Nano USB Wireless Adapter and the internet connection is still terrible.My download speeds on different devices vary from 150-300 DOWNLOAD Mbps speed, on my PC its DOWNLOAD Mbps 16.92
