my NEW laptop got BSOD all of a sudden after i restarted my laptop as it was working slow .I VIEWED MY event viewer and saw this error "The speed of processor 15 in group 0 is being limited by system firmware. The processor has been in this reduced performance state for 71 seconds since the last report." did this triggered the BSOD? and is IT FIXED NOW??DEVICE- ACER ASPIRE 5WINDOWS-11
