Windows 10 My newly bought PC is stuck on the “reboot and select proper boot device” screen, and I’ve pressed F2, delete, and all those and nothing changed.?

So, I just bought this PC off of Facebook Marketplace. I didn’t really research my purchase or ask a lot of questions, and that was something I regretted before I even got the PC, because I’m a person that likes to ask questions and make an educated purchase. Well I sure did get a computer, but the quality was stuck at 800 x 600! So I reboot the device drive, the graphics one, then, I restart my computer. The first two times this works. But the third time! My computer says it has a critical process error!!! and I’ve gotten it within the first two days… So anyways, automatic repairs didn’t do a
