Windows 10 My OEM Windows 10 is stuck in loop? Help!

So am a seasoned user (Win 3.11 WWG).My install goes really fast to 100% then reboots and I go back to:-Location Language Blue initial screen I am not keen on Version 11 & a partition manager removed my system partitions.....and have been going on that merry-go-round since. NB: it's not me doing anything silly - am just trying to recoup £50 quid spent on CD. I am running Ubuntu perfectly??.... grumpy old man syndrome TIA
