Windows 10 my one drive is having syncing issues because the 1TB space is full. It will not allow me to clear space.

my one drive is having syncing issues because the 1TB space is full. It will not allow me to clear space. It is due to tableau saving logs in the tableau repository file. when I go to delete the files, it says cannot be deleted. I have tried a million things and i still can't delete anything. everything is backed up to onedrive so i can't open or save anything because there isn't space which has rendered me unable to work
