Windows 11 My onedrive is full, my computer is no longer saving data. I don't want a data plan. How do I get rid of onedrive without losing data?

I don't need onedrive, I don't know how to disconnect onedrive without losing access to files. I just want to save my files to my hard drive. Can someone help? I'm fed up with it telling me it won't save and that I'll be losing data unless I sign up for a monthly plan.
