Windows 11 My PC alt tabs on its own randomly whenever I'm clicking.

Hello,I don't know how to fix this problem and I have tried using sfc /scannow, updated all the drivers for mouse and keyboard just in case they are the problem,have tried using a different keyboard but the problem persists.Yes, the alt-tabbing is really random and I don't understand but it's really easy to replicate.I am currently in Safe Boot Mode, I don't remember what I last installed before it started happening(but it did start happening when I turned off Sticky Keys).It only happens when I'm using chrome or anything non-full screen.
