Windows 11 My pc can’t connect to the internet, but my iPad and iPhone can

Hi, I was using my pc normally today and the next time I used it the WiFi wont connect. My phone and iPad are both connected to the WiFi and the WiFi works fine, I’m not sure what to do. On the pc it just says no internet, secured.
