I noticed this issue in my laptop few months ago but never really thought much about it. Anytime I restarted my laptop, when it restarts the loading animation just freezes then the laptop goes into blue screen then automatic repair. Now, this really caused an issue because windows updates require restart and when it does restart my computer, my laptop goes into blue screen automatic repair then it starts undoing changes.
