Windows 10 My pc force logs me into a temporary account how do I fix this and get my old account back?

Lately I’ve been turning my pc off from the top switch and in doing so I can no longer use my main account instead it forces me to log in using a temporary version , I’ve tried the support page on Microsoft but nothings changed any help on getting my original account back would be appreciated.
