Windows 11 My PC freezes and the only way for it to unfreeze is by turning it off.

My computer is a expensive gaming pc. My computer just freezes, I can be watching a video on YouTube and it freezes but I can still hear the audio, theirs also been times I've been on a discord call and it just freezes. I have ran chkdsk, sfc scans, dism scans, installed optional updates. I installed my latest motherboard and graphics driver, I used the MyAsus app to scan for live updates from the website and I'm up to date. I'm gonna try running a memory scan with memory diagnostics, I'll let you know if I passed it but please help.11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400F @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHzWind
