Windows 11 My pc freezes or crash whenever I close a game

I have been using different methods on how to fix this issue but it would still persist. I have updated my bios for my motherboard, uninstalled/reinstall my nvidia graphics driver twice, check for updates on windows, and ran memtest86 which passed.CPU: AMD 5600xGPU: EVGA RTX 3060RAM: Corsair vengeance 16gbx2Motherboard: ASUS TUF gaming x570-plus wi-fiPSU: Corsair VS650Storage: M.2 Samsung 980 500 gb and WD Blue SATA 2.5"The freeze would start after a couple of minutes when a game is closed.
