Windows 11 My PC goes black and restarts every time I try to play cpu heavy games and i can't figure out why

So for the last few months my PC has had this issue where it constantly crashed anytime i tried to play a AAA game, namely Assassins Creed Odyssey and Valhalla, now also Shadow of the Tomb raider. This hadn't been a problem previously as it played Games like Apex Legends, No Man's Sky and God of War 2018 no problem. The issue is it starts up the game fine then at a random point will go black and restart the pc. The games run fine until they don't and i have reasonably high specs so I can't find anything obvious to fix. I've tried updating firmware, drivers, BIOS, and updating to Windows 11 n
