Windows 11 My PC has been randomly freezing and having trouble starting up for a year and a half. I can’t fix it.

MD: 072024-8218-01 have had this issue for about a year and a half. I have taken it to be repaired 5 times, and I still isn’t fixed.This problem started happening after a power surge while it was being used. Ever since then, it has only gotten worse.My PC randomly freezes. It can happen 5 minutes after booting up, it can happen hours after booting up. It doesn’t happen when running any specific applications. If I leave it while it freezes for about a minute, eventually, it will get to the BSOD. The error it gives me is “DPC_WATCHDOG
