Windows 11 My PC is asking to sign in with your microsoft account to continue app experiences across your devices it asks an account I no longer have access to.

I got a notification to sign into my Microsoft account and so I went to the settings to sign in but it is with an account I no longer have access to, is there a way to change the account because there is no option to swap accounts in the popup that it gives me its just forgot password and email account but I do not have access to the account it is asking me. Microsoft has asked me to sign into this account a few times before but I end up just ignoring it but it keeps happening. In this case I am looking at advanced app settings but it isn't even asking my main Microsoft account that I am curre
