Windows 11 My pc is now stuck in enterprise N

I was using windows 10 pro before i decided to switch to windows 11 pro. I did the download that was on the Microsoft website. Now my pc is stuck in windows 11 enterprise N. when i try an out in my windows 11pro key code it says its says error. I have tried to go bsck to windows 10 an it wont alow me to do so. I have tried un instaling i have reset the pc about 6 times. I just want the water mark off an to have all the right setting that come with the pro version as now im not able to play my games becuase it says the enterprise N doesnt have thoses files
