Windows 11 My PC is randomly using 99%-100% CPU/Memory/Disk space, why? Help please.

Randomly my PC will start lagging and freezing, especially when I am talking on discord, I already tried re-installing the app, but the problem was still there.I checked my task bar every time this happened and there is usually no applications using that much Memory or CPU, although sometimes for some reason some apps have a spike in CPU/Memory/Disk usage even if they aren't opened. i.e I realize earlier that Opera was using 7K megabytes (I just added a hard limit for CPU and RAM usage), I only had a couple tabs open, and the CPU/Memory/Disk usage still continued after I closed the tabs.Specs:
