Windows 10 My pc is stuttering , not heavily but it is stuttering .

Hold down Windows+X to run Windows PowerShell (Administrator), and execute the following commands respectively in sequence:sfc /SCANNOWDism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealthDism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealthDISM /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealthAllow the process to finish and see if it solves any issues. Restart the device afterward.IN THIS I DID THE FIRST ONE AND MY PC RAN INTO A BLUE SCREEN , watchdog violation But the stuttering becomes more noticeable while playing games and speaking of capability , my pc can produce 200+ frames in that game and i have capped them to 150.PLEASE
