Windows 11 My PC keeps crashing (Blue Screen) then goes straight to my main bios screen

Can someone please help, i've been trying to download Valorant (I don't know if this is the issue) but ever since its been doing this. My PC usually completely freezes, then the 'Blue Screen' comes up for a split second, then the bios is loaded up?I really appreciate any help you can provide.
