Windows 11 My PC keeps crashing, games as well even when I open a tab it crashes. Help?

I have a Nvidia 4070 Ti, 32 gb 2 stick DDR5, Ryzen 9 7900, B650 motherboard.I was playing yesterday just fine on rocket league turn my computer off for 2-3 hours came back started playing and the game kept crashing. Then I went on google the tabs crashed. Factory resetted my pc and it’s still crashing. Could it be something is faulty? I really hope not can you guys help me find out if it is and if it isnt help me fix the problem? Please.
