Windows 10 My PC keeps freezing/crashing, rebooting, and going back to the windows login

I've been dealing with this problem for a while, since around July 2022. I will be gaming (more often than not, although it has rarely also crashed just watching youtube) and I've been trying to find a solution since. I brought it to Micro Center in August, and the technicians there could not replicate the same crashing issue I was running into via their assessments and benchmarks/etc, so I took it back after a few weeks and it was okay for about like a week. I went on vacation, came back, and it was crashing and rebooting again, so I took it back to Micro Center and got a new AIO water coolin
