Windows 10 My PC no longer puts itself to sleep after sitting idle. How do I fix this?

My PC previously would turn itself to sleep when idle for 1 hour, but has stopped doing that, despite not altering settings. Under Settings > Power & Sleep, my settings remain set to 1 hour to sleep, but this hasn't been occurring for the past few weeks.
