So I'm not sure if it's a virus or not, but I guess no ? Because in that last image text file named "game" I also found some text like "recommended resolution : 1920x1080" or things like that idk why a virus would have (?)the "program" file was last modified yesterday at 18:20. (And also nothing really suspicious happened last night exept maybe I remember the file manager "poped up" from nowhere when I was playing a game so it did me an alt tab thing without me wanting to do it last night but nothing else)
