Windows 11 My PC shuts down when put to sleep

My PC shuts down when put to sleep, whenever I start-up but I don't login the sleep works just fine but when I login it doesn't work. When I put it to sleep the screen turns off and goes into sleep mode and I can hear something shut down (I think it's the hard drive) but the lights and the fan stay running for several minutes until they shut down too. Then I have to turn the PC on like a normal shutdown.I have a RTX 3070, Ryzen 5600g and 16GB of RAM. I have already tried setting the bios to default and updating it. I have also run the The Windows System File Checker and it repaired something.
