Windows 10 my pc suddenly stuck and needs to hard restart

happens 2 times back to back, when i check event viewer, it says this:The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 (0xffffcd05d830c460, 0xfffff8003888cb30, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP.
